Sometimes The Numbers Just Don’t Come Out Right

We’ve said it before, and we’ll definitely say it again: diabetes is a difficult condition to manage. It’s time consuming, expensive, exhausting, and sometimes it’s downright painful.

But has anyone ever noticed that it can also be tricky?

Do you ever feel like regardless of what you do to manage it… how diligently you stick to your meal plan, or how perfectly you bolus… no matter what you do, none of it seems right?

Well, you’re definitely not alone. The truth is, your numbers can be affected by so many different things! Things that people who don’t have diabetes would never think of. For instance, if you don’t have diabetes, you wouldn’t have an immediate reminder of the physical toll stress takes on your body. Or the degree to which too little sleep can change the the way your body functions.
