Twenty Minutes A Day Keeps Type 2 Away

Four-year-old Blake Farry’s mom is looking ahead to Type 2 diabetes prevention by starting him out early with a daily dose of exercise. It’s been said that active kids are less likely to develop Type 2 diabetes in a society where a third of children are overweight or obese, putting them at risk each day.
